We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist for our local manufacturing client! This role would be a great fit for you I you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in building relationships, and having outstanding customer service. You’ll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure quality front-line support and communication to sales, production, and engineering departments. This is an on-site opportunity located in the Apex, NC area.
Responsibilities
- Interface and engage daily with clients and internal employees to ensure schedules for Shipping, Supply Chain, and Internal manufacturing are met
- Provide front-line customer support and serve as the primary point of contact for all costumer, staff, and administrative concerns
- You’ll work in an environment answering both inbound and outbound calls, and will need to answer all calls and emails in a timely manner, in adherence to their goals
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience analyzing and processing data
Qualifications
- Effective written and verbal communication that minimizes re-do work and delivers service excellence
- Minimum of 2-5 years of customer service experience, with effective use of Microsoft office365 products
- High School Diploma required, Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience working with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
