Title: Network Technician
Location: Fully on-site in San Francisco, CA
Duration: 12 month contract - high potential for extension and potential to convert to permanent
Exact Compensation: $30 an hour
Role:
-Respond to tickets over the phone or on-site to assist employee end-users
-Provide Level 1 support and ensure day-to-day operation, reliability and integrity of the voice communications network including installing and maintaining phones, routers, LAN switches and servers and WAN networks
-Coordinate Moves, Adds and Changes on Cisco networking equiptment such as Cisco VoIP phones
Previous Experience:
-Technical network infrastructure troubleshooting
-Switches and routers (Cisco preferred)
-Rack and stack
-Cabling
-Cisco VoIP phones/IP telephony is preferred
Qualifications:
-Must have a valid driver's license and insured vehicle
-Must be able to drive personal to different client locations (gas mileage is reimbursed)
-Must be able to pass a drug test (marijuana not included) and background check
-Must be vaccinated for covid
