Summary: Under direct supervision, process all incoming orders from Sales force, customers, and BAKEMARK affiliates as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate will start in Customer Service by supporting the COA Clerk position.
- This includes gathering COA (Certificate of Analysis) documents from vendors and BakeMark QA through emails and paper documents at time of receiving.
- The COA Clerk will keep details files of COA that are easy to retrieve quickly.
- The COA Clerk will reach out to Vendors for missing COAs.
- Upon receiving the orders requiring COAs back from the Warehouse, the COA clerk will retrieve the COA information required and submit the information to the customer using the customer's preferred method.
- The candidate will then be trained to support other Customer Service functions including processing customer credits and debits.
- This position involves direct interaction with customers, vendors, the sales team, and warehouse employees.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or one to three months related experience and/or training.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Knowledge of Spreadsheet software, Word Processing software, and 10 key.
