LOCATION: Roseville, CA
SALARY: $23 - $25/Hr. (DOE)
SCHEDULE: Mon – Thurs.: 7 am – 3:30 pm & Fri: 7 am – 2:00 pm

THE ROLE
This role supports all international customers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, order status, and product availability
- Handle customer returns or exchanges and facilitate the processing of warranty claims and repairs
- Enters orders and quotes received by telephone, email, fax, and web using QAD and provide pricing
- Review orders for pricing, part numbers, and descriptions per stand catalog list
- Contacts customers to confirm purchase orders or credit card discrepancies, ship dates, price quotes, and related questions
SKILLS AND MUST-HAVES
- Understanding of supporting an international Sales dept.
- Must have MRP or ERP experience in a manufacturing environment
- Skilled at preparing export orders and documentation
- Knowledge understanding export regulations and letters of credit
- Experience how to use a (CRM) Customer Relationship Management system
- Intermediate levels of MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must pass a drug and background check
