Senior Project Manager - Engineering (Part-time - 20-30 hours / week)
10 + years of project management experience
Engineering / medical device experience
Fully remote - EST hours - HM is Boston based
6-month duration
Reporting to – VP of Operations / R&D
Start date – Consultants should be available to start quickly
The Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading projects through the entire project lifecycle, will be engaging with key stakeholders, and should be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Project Manager will be responsible for project planning, designating project resources, managing budgets, monitoring / documenting progress, while maintaining consistent stakeholder communication throughout each project.
- Plan, and manage project scope for assigned project(s)
- Identify resources required, and consistently communicate project plans, status with key project stakeholders, leadership
- Provide stakeholders with clear and consistent up-to-date information and communicate changes.
- Drive project deliverables, scope, timelines, to ensure efficient project execution.
Qualifications
- BS or MS preferred
- PMP or other certifications preferred
- 10 + years of project management experience in project /product engineering, medical device industry (exp in regen medicine, biologics would be ideal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
