Position: Front Desk Coordinator and Receptionist
Location: South Rancho Bernardo
Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
Duration: temporary support, potential temp to hire
Immediate need for a strong service minded professional to help a busy front desk! As the Receptionist you will answer moderate volume phones, sort mail, greet guests, restock break room and offer administrative support on projects. This is a busy environment and needs someone who is able to task switch and offer great service.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer and route incoming phone calls
Sort mail, distributed items and prepare shipping
Monitor break room inventory and replenish as needed
Assist with copy/fax when needed
Offer administrative support on projects
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and service skills
Enjoy busy environment
Basic MS Office skills
