As the Brand Marketing Director, you will lead our brand strategy to enhance awareness and market share. This role involves managing consumer brand marketing, partnerships, influencers, social media, and content creation. Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to boost brand visibility and awareness, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Marketing Campaigns: Support the creation of campaigns targeting consumers and healthcare professionals; oversee marketing materials.
- Partnerships & Influencers: Establish strategic partnerships and manage influencer marketing programs.
- Social Media & Content: Lead social media strategy and content creation, collaborating with the creative team.
- PR & Crisis Management: Develop PR strategies to maintain a positive brand image and manage communications during crises.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Cross Functional Partner: Cooperatively work with eCommerce, Medical Marketing and Creative to develop creative brand awareness campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of brand marketing experience in healthcare or consumer goods.
- Proven success in executing marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Experience in public relations and crisis management.
