Title: Business Analyst

About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with ERP experience who understands the Quote-to-Cash process. The ideal candidate will excel in defining, developing, and documenting business processes while managing system administration, including user permissions, and deliver actionable reports to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Development: Define, develop, and document business processes to streamline operations.
- Training Management: Develop and implement training programs for end-users and internal teams.
- Reporting: Generate and maintain reports to provide insights for decision-making.
- System Administration: Manage user permissions in Epicor and ensure system security.
- Agile Methodology: Apply Agile principles to foster collaboration and efficiency in all tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in eCommerce and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of ERP, particularly Epicor and eCommerce integrations
- Proficiency in process documentation, reporting, and system administration.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and its application in a business setting.
