Planet Technology's direct client is looking for a Workday Product Owner for a full-time, salaried position. This role is three days remote, two days a week in the office located in Washington DC.
This person will lead the implementation, management, and continuous improvement of tools within the Workday Platform of HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Student. In this position, you will define functional requirements with stakeholders, technical requirements with configuration and development teams, as well as leverage the agile methodology to structure product delivery and enhancements.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Workday Product Management experience
- Workday Pro Certification is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in computer or business-related area
- Ability to leverage the agile methodology to structure and plan product delivery
- Ability to define functional requirements with stakeholders, technical requirements with configuration and development teams and ensure proper testing review
- Ability to represent and document business processes, interaction flows, data flow processes, use cases, test cases, business requirements, user stories, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
