Qualifications
- You're an accomplished Administrative Assistant with solid tenures that thrives in roles that blend customer service and administrative skills.
- You naturally build strong relationships, are resourceful, highly responsive, detailed, excellent follow-up, and have a passion for serving others.
- You’re highly coachable, quick learner with a track record of assuming more responsibility.
Key CSA Functions (We have the depth and team to help you grow into a CSA)
- Help manage onboarding paperwork for new clients.
- Serve clients by addressing questions, conducting research, and processing requests/transactions.
- Prepare client reports and maintain records/databases.
- Help coordinate scheduling client review meetings.
- Participate in cross-training and assist with other operational functions.
