Key Responsibilities:
- Manage E-Discovery, drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
- E-file in California State and Federal courts and handle calendaring deadlines.
- Support attorneys in trial preparation.
Requirements:
- 3+ years as a litigation secretary, with a strong focus on California litigation.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office and legal programs like Sharefile, PACER, FileVine, etc.
- Strong communication skills and knowledge of California court systems.
