Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Funeral Director to replace a retiree. As a Funeral Director, you will be responsible for funeral arrangements, preneed arrangements, coordinating services with families, administrative tasks with regard to families you serve, on call one night per week and every other weekend, and ensuring compassionate and professional service delivery.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Empathetic and compassionate approach towards families
- Knowledge of funeral services and industry regulations
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism
- Must be or be able to be licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota
