Ultimate Staffing is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented person to join our small nonprofit
and handle day-to-day office tasks in coordination with the Operations Manager and other
staff.
Part-Time hours, Weekdays, 9AM-5PM - 24 hours per week!
Responsibilities:
- Monitor office voicemail and email; answer office phone
- Collect incoming mail and send outgoing mail
- Process donations and thank you letters
- Track all member interactions in the membership database
- Order office supplies
- Paperwork and filing (including scanning documents)
- Database entry and maintenance (Salsa CRM)
- Formatting letters in Word
- IT troubleshooting
- Editing and proofing materials (fliers, news releases, etc.)
- Helping to manage social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook,
Instagram)
- Event planning, in-person and virtual
- Formatting member emails
Required Skills and Experience:
- Passionate about climate justice work
- Detail-oriented
- Quick to learn new tasks
- Able to work independently, self-motivated
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Database experience
- Graphic design a plus (Adobe)
- Website experience a plus (Wordpress)
