Job Description:
- Improve and Manage the Visual’s Campaigns Database for the entire Americas region
- Help with the Visual Merchandising Permanent and Temporary Point of Sale Material (POSM) Forecast for both make up and fragrance for the Americas
- Manage the Visual Merchandiser’s Point of sale material (POSM) orders locally produced
- Management of the VM Budget Tracker Database for the Americas
- Help with Merchandising PO Creation when needed
- Manage Visual Merchandising materials shipments, logistics and production for both temporary and permanent projects
- Manage the Visual Merchandising book (2 per semester) and oversee planogram creation for the Americas
Job Needed Qualifications + Skills:
- Energetic, organized and business-driven approach is highly recommended.
- Ability to collaborate and drive cross-functional consensus and strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills necessary.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in groups. Ownership and autonomy within their roles and responsibilities
- Relevant project management experience that has been gained in a creative environment - beauty/fashion experience highly desirable.
- Experience in process development
- Proficiency in Excel; PPT; Word and Outlook tools
- SAP user is a plus
- Excellent Team Player
- Spanish is a plus.
