Our client is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Retail-Reference Content Producer III (Content Manager) to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on ensuring accurate and timely information is readily available for the right audience. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences across our client's global retail locations.
This is a full-time,12-month contract opportunity and is located in Cupertino, CA and is open to remote candidates local to the area. The application deadline for this opportunity is Wednesday, October 9th, 2024.
Retail-Reference Content Producer III (Content Manager) Responsibilities:
- Review, edit, and prepare new and updated reference material files for publication on our communication platform, ensuring template compliance and clarity of content.
- Monitor published reference material files, updating missing publication details and identifying potential duplications.
- Evaluate sunset notifications to determine the need for continued publication and content currency.
- Assist business partners with file audits, organization, efficient tagging, and best practices.
- Maintain a digital archive of reference materials and update the database with publication information.
- Collaborate with writers, communications managers, producers, and business partners to understand publication details.
- Partner with the Globalization team to prioritize translation requests and ensure timely publication in native languages.
- Write and/or edit alternative text for images.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
