Solar Art is looking for a personable, professional, and hard-working Commercial Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, is self-motivated and eager to learn and grow within our company. We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team and working in a fast paced environment.
In this role, the Commercial Estimator will meet with an average of 7-12 clients per week, identify their needs, suggest accurate products that satisfy their needs, and provide estimates to these clients. From there the estimator will be required to utilize Solar Art's CRM to manage and track sales activity as well as see through the sales process.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and client relationships
- Communicate and meet with prospective clients on-site to determine needs, and market our products and services
- Perform pre-proposal duties (on-site measurements, drawings/designs)
- Develop an accurate proposal based on material, equipment, and labor costs
- Demonstrate teamwork ability to collaborate with multiple departments on projects
- Responsible for executing a sales plan
- Manage customer service for all clients
- Represents the company in a positive and professional manner
- Other duties as related and directed
Requirements/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong attention to detail and polished organizational skills
- Excellent communication (oral/written), sales, and customer service skills
- The ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
