We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Applications Developer to enhance our Oracle EBS 12.2.10 application and drive custom development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Custom Development: Oversee activities through the SDLC, including requirements review, design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.

- Innovate Solutions: Develop and maintain custom objects and reports tailored to meet diverse business needs.
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with IT Business Analysts and Business Users to ensure seamless and timely delivery of customizations.
- Drive Quality Improvement: Continuously monitor and enhance the quality of our Oracle EBS solution.
- Stay Ahead: Participate in Oracle upgrades and patching, keeping our systems performing at their best.
- Stay Current: Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and relevant certifications.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (extensive industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- Minimum of 8+ years in Oracle EBS Development.
- Minimum of 8+ years in PL/SQL Proficiency
- Minimum of 8+ years in Oracle Forms and Reports
- Minimum of 8+ years of Oracle EBS and 3rd party Integration Skills
- Minimum of 8+ years of Data Modeling
- Minimum of 4+ years in Oracle Workflow
- Minimum of 4+ years in Oracle BI Publisher
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A self-starter with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle R12 modules (AR, AP, GL, OM, OPM, INV, PUR, EAM, Quality).
- Familiarity with OBIEE ETL and RPD development.
- Knowledge of FDA compliance and ERES.
- Background in providing consulting services to Fortune/Global 1000 clients, particularly in sectors like Oil and Gas, Utilities, and Manufacturing.
