Our client is looking to add a Temporary
, Senior HRIS Analyst with a focus in Payroll and Compensation, with direct experience in
UKG, to their team. This is a fully
remote role and a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organization within the healthcare field.
Duties: - Act as the system administrator for UKG payroll, managing business processes, workflow, and reporting.
- Serve as the HRIS payroll subject matter expert, collaborating on projects to optimize system configuration.
- Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, and testing, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
- Develop and maintain reports, analyze data flows, and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Provide user support and training, ensuring data integrity and troubleshooting issues.
- Manage HRIS Compensation processes and integration with third-party systems.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of HR/HRIS experience
- UKG systems experience required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process optimization.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance (HIPPA)
