Overview:
An implantable medical device manufacturer, seeks a dynamic team-oriented Research and Development Coordinator. Someone who is result driven, quality minded, and capable of working administratively through the product life cycles to support the Research and Development team in bringing new medical device components to market.
The position:
- You’ll assist Program Managers in coordinating project activities, schedules, and resource allocations.
- You’ll Track and coordinate development shipments and deliveries.
- Compare and/or upload specification sheets, and other documentation to the Document Management System.
- Organize and maintain product life cycle checklists and submit gate reviews as new products progress through development phases.
- Assist program managers and engineers to collect and organize information to present to customers.
- Order and manage project materials supplies and needed inventory as well any external testing services that may be required.
- Record Management responsibilities for Project Sample Folders.
- Support electronic documentation of departmental procedures for review/revision as needed.
- Assist with internal and external presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
You:
- You’ll have Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role (2+ years)
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Must possess a strong sense of urgency, teamwork, keen attention to detail, ability to plan, organize, and multi-task
- Basic problem-solving, critical thinking and root cause analysis skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient using various software applications including Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
