- Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 (based on experience)

A Day in the Life of the Regional Sales Manager
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s footprint in the Eastern Territory. You’ll be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. Your work will directly contribute to the company’s mission of driving sales growth and maintaining its leadership in the global electronics market.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a sales growth plan to exceed market expectations by 10%.
- Managing and training manufacturer’s representatives to optimize their sales performance.
- Conducting quarterly pipeline reviews and creating actionable plans with Manufacturer’s Reps.
- Driving OEM design wins and ensuring their conversion into purchase orders, both locally and internationally.
- Preparing and managing semi-annual corporate forecasts.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or 15 years of experience in electronic passive components.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Regional Sales Management, within a technical industry. Capacitor sales is a bonus.
- Professional customer-facing experience working with a technical audience/engineers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with expert-level skills in Excel.
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Dynamics 365 CE.
- ITAR compliance (US Citizen or Permanent Resident).
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (at least 50% travel required).
