Our client, a software company in Greenville, is looking to bring on an Administrative Assistant in a part-time capacity to support their Greenville office on-site.
This role has potential to move into a full-time position in the future. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of administrative support experience with a trustworthy, positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and answer phone calls
- Schedule and arrange meetings, handling logistics such as catering orders and setting up rooms
- Update event schedule and book rooms for events
- File, scan, and print documents as needed
- Proofread documents and presentations
- Oversee facility maintenance and vendor relationships
- Help with general company communications
- Support marketing department on special projects
- Manage social media accounts
- Assist with employee training and onboarding
- Order supplies and materials
- Book travel arrangements for executive team
- Responsible for ingoing and outgoing mail
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 2-3 years of similar experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to keep information confidential
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a professional and timely manner
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office program with ability to create documents
Schedule:
- Must be on-site Monday through Friday at Greenville office
- Approximately 20 hours per week - either mornings or afternoons
