Office Clerk & Receptionist needed ASAP!

A receptionist serves as the initial point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees within an organization. Their role is vital in creating a positive first impression and maintaining effective communication. Job duties for receptionists may vary based on the organization's size, industry, and specific needs.
Responsibilities:
-Welcome and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
-Direct guests to the appropriate person or department.
-Answer incoming telephone calls and provide information or transfer calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
-Take and relay messages accurately.
-Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
-Manage the sign-in and sign-out process for visitors.
-Receive and distribute mail and packages.
-Coordinate courier and delivery services as needed.
-Schedule appointments and meetings for staff.
-Coordinate conference room bookings.
-Offer general information about the organization, such as office hours, directions, and services provided.
-Provide basic administrative support, such as photocopying, faxing, and filing.
Assist with data entry tasks as needed.
-Respond to inquiries from visitors, clients, and employees.
-Forward complex or specific inquiries to the appropriate department.
-Assist with travel arrangements for employees and guests.
-Maintain logs of visitor information, including names, contact details, and purpose of visit.
-Serve as a liaison between different departments and individuals.
-Follow established procedures in case of emergencies, such as fire or evacuation.
-Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
-Keep track of inventory and reorder supplies in a timely manner.
-Provide support for special projects or events as requested.
-Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
