We are seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Consultant with a strong background in configuring and optimizing reports and dashboards in Learning, Performance & Goals, and Recruiting & Onboarding modules. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SuccessFactors reporting methodologies and be able to advise on best practices, configure new reporting solutions, and transfer knowledge to the City’s ERP technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the City’s ERP SuccessFactors support team to analyze current reporting processes across Learning, Performance & Goals, and Recruiting & Onboarding.
- Provide expert guidance on SuccessFactors reporting best practices, ensuring alignment with the City's business goals.
- Configure and activate reporting methods that are underutilized or not yet leveraged in the City’s existing SuccessFactors environment.
- Set up and configure Role-Based Permissions (RBP) for reports and dashboards as needed.
- Document all system changes, configurations, and newly activated reporting functionalities.
- Collaborate closely with the City’s technical staff, delivering comprehensive knowledge transfer sessions to ensure ongoing management of new system features.
- Ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors reporting functionality with the City's broader SAP landscape, including IS-U ECC 6.0 EHP8, CRM 7 EHP4, BO 4.2, BW 7.5, Fiori 3.0, and HANA 2.0.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with SuccessFactors Learning, Performance & Goals, and/or Recruiting & Onboarding modules.
- Proven experience configuring and setting up complex reports and dashboards in SuccessFactors.
- In-depth knowledge of all reporting methods available in SuccessFactors (e.g., ORD, Ad Hoc Reporting, Report Center).
- SuccessFactors Associate or Professional-level certification in relevant modules.
- Familiarity with integration and reporting in environments using IS-U ECC 6.0, CRM 7, BO 4.2, BW 7.5, Fiori 3.0, HANA 2.0, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of Role-Based Permissions (RBP) in the context of SuccessFactors reporting and dashboard access.
- Excellent documentation skills, with a focus on clearly communicating system changes and capabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective knowledge transfer and team interactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with public sector or municipal environments is a plus.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and GRC 10.1 in supporting SAP landscapes.
