Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain printing equipment to ensure the production of high-quality art prints.
- Handle framing processes, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Implement quality control measures to guarantee the excellence of the final product.
- Monitor and manage art supplies and packaging materials inventory.
- Develop team’s commitment to safety including the tools provided to create a safe work environment.
- Ensure the safety and productivity of all employees
- Ensure security of facilities during designated shift hours
- Enforce all safety, quality, and standard work procedures
- Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of shipping/receiving and warehouse activities.
- Ensure proper execution and implementation of all policies procedures with regard to receiving, packing, shipping, and inventory management.
- Manage outbound shipping processes to ensure shipments are completed on time and accurately
- Train and coach shipping staff on effective inventory techniques and daily shipping and receiving tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the art or printing industry.
- Familiarity with art printing equipment and framing processes.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using shipping and inventory management software.

Duties are conducted within an industrial setting.
