Your Role
The Executive Coordinator will play a pivotal role in providing high-level administrative and creative support to our executive leadership team in a dynamic music and fintech environment. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented Professional capable of managing complex schedules, coordinating executive communications, and handling confidential information with discretion. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the executives coordinating music label client meeting and communication between clients, artists, and high-level visitor. This position will manage all aspects of executive related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
As a Executive Coordinator at Musicow, you will be responsible for the following:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings and reports between various music partners and fintech vendors
- Attend music label client meetings with executives, take detailed notes on key discussion points and follow up on action items
- Directly communicate with clients, artists, and high-level visitors to ensure seamless coordination and engagement
- Manage administrative tasks with executive management for business travel, conferences, and events – (10-20% travel required)
- Assist in coordinating music and TV Network Partner
- Plan and organize internal and external meetings, including project updates and client presentations
- Manage weekly and quarterly reports to be sent to the Korea HQ and facilitate communication with the HQ Korea office
- Coordinating all aspects of executive-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks for Musicow US C-Level executives, ensuring efficient and timely completion of projects and requests
About You
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. (trong organizational and multitasking skills with a meticulous attention to detail)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships at all levels.
- Willing to assist in managing A-list talent with a positive attitude.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Fluency in Korean is required.
