Summary of Duties and Qualifications:
- Must have strong and genuine hospitality skills to provide exemplary customer service.
- Must possess pride and passion for promoting Austin to visitors.
- Ability to confidently navigate downtown Austin, multiple routes to the airport, and general knowledge of outlying hotel & resort locations.
- Adaptable to last minute schedule changes and occasional request to extend hours.
- Charged with seeing that the vehicle is clean and fueled prior to & after site visits. Vehicle should always be left in presentable condition for the next site. Fuel and carwash expenses will be covered by Visit Austin.
- Must be punctual, and ready to go at designated pick-up location at least 15 minutes prior to site time.
- Responsible for loading and unloading guest luggage as well as opening vehicle doors..
- Attire to include collared shirt, khakis or dark jeans.
Visit Austin participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S.
