Who You Are
We’re looking for an experienced and exceptional Customer Service Representative (CSR) to grow our new and improved business segment WITH us.
As a CSR, your passion for providing exceptional customer service will contribute to our high level of customer satisfaction. Acting as the first line of response to Customers, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging tone and focus on finding the right solution with each Customer.
The ideal candidate has a service mindset, can develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with customers, communicates effectively with fellow employees and customers, and is passionate about helping others. Responsibilities
- Processes new sales and seek opportunities to provide additional company services
- Maintain relationships with customers by providing fast and accurate information regarding the services provided and current job orders
- Dispatch Service Technicians across the Bay Area for jobs
- Refer issues and service failures to designated departments for investigation
- General clerical duties and assists in month-end close-out process, including billing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 - 4 years of receptionist/administrative experience
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- US Citizen or a valid Authorized Work Permit
- Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and speak clearly in English
- Intermediate computer knowledge; Apple products & Google Workspace
- Capable of learning new software programs quickly; experience with CRM tools preferred
- Able to type at least 50 words per minute
