Day-to-day, you will: Care deeply about how users and customers think and feel. You will be relentless with your curiosity and show deep empathy to uncover our customers’ needs and determine how our products and services can best address those needs and opportunities. You will be someone who enjoys regularly engaging with our users to identify their challenges and goals, who can blend this insight with substantial data analysis to gain deep understanding of our customer experience. You can then translate this learning into innovative and valuable solutions that grow our addressable market, drive growth and most importantly delight our customers.
Working in a cross functional team across Product, Engineering, Design and Sales you will be responsible for a key area of the product portfolio. Reporting directly into our CPO, and working closely with other members of the Product team, you will help clearly define features and services across multiple devices that Designers and Engineers will bring to life. You will also possess a strong ability to influence and motivate people, creating buy-in for the product vision through clear, consistent and passionate communication.
As a well-rounded Product Manager your Skills and Experiences likely include:
- Significant number of years of demonstrable success as a Product Manager in a fast-moving SaaS company
- Experience working with consumer communication products a huge plus
- Experience of working across multiple platforms including desktop and mobile.
- Experience using data to inform your decision-making, setting sound success criteria and measuring your outcomes successfully
- Team player who works well with technical and non-technical people
- Curious, takes initiative and makes decisions based on sound judgement
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to influence across the wider business
- Experience in interacting with customers directly
