Human Resources Onboarding Coordinator
Ultimate Staffing is working with an established organization seeking a Human Resources Onboarding Coordinator to join their human resources team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting deadlines in a hybrid environment and have prior experience in a dedicated human resources role.
Hybrid role near Annapolis, MD.
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
$23 hourly with some mandatory overtime required.
Responsibilities:
- Verify, document, and track certifications and education.
- Conduct background checks.
- Assist with the completion of new hire paperwork.
- Track applicants in HRIS system.
- Create new employee digital file.
- Assist with benefits enrollment.
- Set up new hires in payroll system.
- Provide timely correspondence with all applicants via email and phone.
- Review state and federal tax forms for compliance.
- Provide assistance with compliance related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, Outlook.
- At least 1 year of experience in a dedicated HR role.
- Experience with HRIS sytems, Paycom, and E-verify.
- Previous onboarding experience in a fast paced environment with large volume onboarding.
- Extreme attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
