Compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and equity!
This role focuses on developing and growing business partnerships with companies in Austin and nationwide, selling contract recruiting services that help scale their talent acquisition needs.
Previous experience selling recruiting/consulting services and a proven record of success are strong advantages!
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Champion the recruitAbility brand, utilizing sales and marketing strategies to promote contract recruiting services and increase revenue within target accounts.
- Use consultative sales techniques to position recruitAbility's contract recruiter solutions, helping companies meet their hiring demands efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in growing organizations through calls, networking events, and personalized communication.
- Leverage available resources and tools to build and manage an active pipeline, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ensure a smooth handoff of new clients to our delivery team to foster long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in generating new business and expanding existing client relationships.
- A demonstrated history of selling recruiting/consulting services, with a focus on contract or contingent workforce solutions.
- Strong consultative sales background, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a Sales/Business Development role within recruiting or consulting industries.
- Confidence and expertise in working with senior management and executives.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
