Day to Day:
Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 1-2 years of experience in the recruitment field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Business group:
Peak recruiting season
Responsible for all of America’s student recruiting.
Mostly within Corporate recruiting. Recruiting efforts is a blend of tech/non tech.
They support all lines of business.
Student hiring (ranging from under grad to PHD programs, internships are for their students)
Key projects:
Recruiting for summer FY2025 season.
