Our company represents the largest e-commerce marketplace in the world that caters specifically to businesses. The Junior Account Executive role focuses on the acquisition and management of new business accounts in the greater Los Angeles area.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee new business account acquisition and account management on behalf of our client
- Manage communication between our client and micro SMB to mid-market businesses
- Drive sales cycle by effectively conducting one-on-one sales presentations to close
- Gain a strong understanding and become the expert on our client's platform
- Territory management and organization
- Account management, retention, and growth
- Achieve standard KPIs outlined by the role expectations
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Associate degree preferred
- 0-3 years experience in customer-facing role
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work well with a team
- Strong accountability with an ability to work independently and well within a team
