Manager of Strategic Accounts
The Team Leader of Strategic Accounts manages the sales relationship for existing large contracts/programs with a goal of growing revenue and margin.
On Site: Lexington, KY
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop, lead and execute territory plan.
- Responsible for the teams planning, operations, problem solving and development of their team specialists.
- Ensuring terms, conditions and specifications of contracts are fully executed.
- Create and track metrics specific to each program and will be the primary interface with the customer’s daily requirements.
- He/she will coordinate with internal Specialists on other teams regarding on-going maintenance of contract items related to workbooks, uniform programs, Accounts Receivable, DIL’s, Contract Tracking Documents, fulfillment, costs, product changes, and additional items to support the needs of the contract.

- Successful track record in Managed Account Sales
- Provide leadership for cross-functional efforts related to contracts
- Knowledge of products involved in contracts
- Specific knowledge of public safety industry, including vendor community, competition, and market sectors
- Negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Oracle, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
