The ideal candidate will have a passion for digitalization and data analytics, supporting the business by transforming raw data into accessible, valuable data products through cutting-edge solutions. This role will work cross-functionally, focusing on automation and process improvements to enhance data availability and security.
Projects You'll Work On
- Design, build, and optimize data pipelines for analytics, ensuring that data is secure, accessible, and supports business decision-making.
- Collaborate with various teams to identify and resolve data-related issues, enhancing business efficiency through automated solutions.
- Lead digitalization and automation projects, leveraging global standards and best practices.
- Support regional initiatives as the Key User for the Americas, driving data and analytics strategy across the region.
What Experience You Should Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer, particularly in enterprise settings.
- Proficiency with modern data tools and platforms, including MS SQL, Python, Spark, Azure Synapse, Fabric, and PowerBI.
- Proven ability to manage and support multiple projects concurrently.
- Familiarity with data sources and processes in a manufacturing environment (e.g., ERP, CMMS, HSE, CRM, HCM, MES).
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.
