LVI are proud to be exclusively representing one of the most promising boutique AEC firms across the whole of the Southeast. This firm have created and maintained an outstanding collaborative working culture with some of the most knowledgeable building enclosure experts in the state leading their projects. Given their reputation in the local market, they are able to consistently win repeat business and this takes up an astounding 80% of their current workload.
This success simply gives them no time to complete all of this work which is why they are in need of an experienced senior engineer or architect to join their team of experts in commercial & municipal restoration design. As a building enclosure consultant you'll manage a range of commercial & municipal restoration design projects with the occasional inspection and new design for a range of clients in North Carolina.
If you are an experienced engineer or architect with an interest in large restoration designs this is an opportunity for you. More importantly, if you are lacking a collaborative and autonomous working culture and challenging projects, please reach out for a confidential chat about my client. Or if you are looking for a change in clientele and would like to step away from residential or HOA projects this could be worth exploring.
