Production Superintendent – Wood Industry

This National manufacturer is looking for a Green End Superintendent who can lead a team & hit production goals. If you have a background in Plywood, OSB, Veneer, or Engineered Wood (EWP) and are you looking for your next career move one of these jobs could be right for you.

As the Production Superintendent, you will:
- Hire production team members
- Responsible for meeting production goals
- Have a hands-on mentoring approach
- Comfortable with safety, supervision, budgets, and lean manufacturing.
Minimum requirements for this Production Superintendent position:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a supervisor in wood manufacturing with a high preference for plywood experience.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, & computer skills
- Able to build a team and motivate members.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but will consider experience instead of degree.
