Director of Customer Success

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Customer Success to lead our customer success organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing successful customer success programs, and a passion for driving customer success and outcomes.
This job is based in the Scott’s Addition area of Richmond, Virginia where we work on a hybrid schedule, and will report directly to the Founder and CEO.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure successful execution of customer success processes, such as onboarding, expansion, and case management.
· Manage and coach customer success team members and assist them in reaching and exceeding their metrics.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their goals and challenges, and work with them to ensure they are achieving their desired outcomes.
· Assist Customer Success Managers in driving additional DaVinci use cases through professional services and DaVinci Toolkit
· Collaborate with other teams, such as sales, marketing, and engineering to ensure customer success.
· Measure and report on customer success metrics, such as adoption, retention, and revenue expansion, and share this data to improve both customer and AMC outcomes.
Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience in customer success or related roles, with at least 2 years in a management position.
· Strong leadership skills, with a track record of coaching and mentoring team members to achieve their goals.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on customer success metrics and make data-
driven decisions.
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
