Job Title: Majesco Business Architect
Work Location: New York, NY / Remote
Technical Skills (Primary, must have):
- Business: Requirements Gathering, Collaborate with stakeholders including brokers clients and internal teams to gather and document business requirements: this ensures that the solutions developed are aligned with the business goals and objectives.
- Functional Analysis: Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications: this involves creating user stories use cases and process flows to capture the end-to-end user journey and system interactions.
- Solution Design: Develop and design comprehensive solutions using Majesco’s products to address specific business needs: This includes selecting appropriate tools and designing the overall architecture.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams including data scientist’s engineers and business stakeholders to ensure that Majesco solutions align with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Majesco solutions: this includes tuning configurations improving solution efficiency and ensuring that the solutions meet performance benchmarks.
- Documentation and Training: Document the design implementation and maintenance of Majesco solutions Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders to ensure that they understand and can effectively use the solutions.
