YOUR ROLE WITH THE COMPANY:
Primary duties and responsibilities for the Human Resources Manager include:
- Lead recruitment process, job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and onboarding
- Foster a positive work culture by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and facilitating effective communication between staff and management
- Manage employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now to manage HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records
- Manage multiple HR tasks, prioritizing duties to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Minimal travel as needed supporting out of area restaurants
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- 3+ years of experience in human resources management, supporting 300+ hospitality and/or fine dining employees, demonstrating a capacity for handling complex HR issues and fostering a positive work culture
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adeptness with virtual communication tools for effective coordination across time zones
- Proficiency in HRIS technologies, particularly ADP Workforce Now
- Excellent time management skills, a natural talent for working under pressure in a dynamic setting
- Strong communication skills, able to maintain effective relationships with staff and management
- Proven ability to manage sensitive HR functions, familiarity with visa processes is a plus
- HR experience supporting upscale/luxury hospitality employees required
- Bilingual/Spanish speaking skills highly desired
- HR certifications strongly desired
