Our client in Little Rock, AR. is seeking a Full-time Outside Sales Rep. It is 100% remote but also 100% TRAVEL. MUST BE LOCAL TO LITTLE ROCK!
Essential Functions:
- Proactively create new account opportunities through strategic sales and networking initiatives.
- Persistently prospect potential customers using phone calls, emails, and in-person follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect contacts and sales activities.
- Track, qualify, and add potential leads to the sales pipeline.
- Conduct impactful sales presentations with prospects, resulting in signed contracts.
- Prepare detailed quotes, bid sheets, and develop contract proposals tailored to client needs.
- Close sales orders and ensure proper distribution of closing documents to relevant personnel.
- Continuously educate customers on product knowledge, industry trends, and market data.
- Track and report the progress of proposal components and sales activities.
- Submit timely and accurate sales record-keeping, including weekly sales scorecards, daily reports, and CRM system updates.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Your performance will be measured by key metrics that ensure the successful execution of the essential duties, including:
- Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
- Effectiveness of prospecting and lead conversion.
- Accuracy and timeliness of sales reporting.
- Customer satisfaction and retention levels.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Direct Sales.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Availability to work full-time (40+ hours weekly) as an outside salesperson.
- Ability to travel up to 100%.
