Position Overview:
Hidden Level is transforming airspace safety with innovative, scalable drone detection and airspace technology. We provide real-time, actionable data to enhance security across various environments. As we expand, we're looking for a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with a positive, opportunity-focused mindset to join our HR team. This position is based on site in Syracuse, NY with the possibility of a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Work with hiring managers and HR colleagues to ensure job descriptions are clear, complete and within HR guidelines.
- Source potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms, etc.
- Continuously identify new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that enhance the recruiting strategy.
- Coordinate on-boarding of new employees including creating new hire files, data entry of employee information into HR system of record, communication with new hires, and conducting new employee orientation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation of HR-related processes such as new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
- Assist HR team with data analytics and AAP/EEO reporting needs.
- Support the execution of external recruitment events.
- Assist in HR areas as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
- Must be comfortable with social/in-person and electronic networking and building effective recruiting partnerships / relationships.
