With strong investment going into the Princeton site, there's plenty of support for continued growth. We need a Managing Director to take charge of this growth.

The Role:
- You'll be leading 1 site with 3 laboratories and a team of 25 - 30 staff.
- Responsible for site P&L, striving to achieve, if not exceed, budget goals.
- Lead a team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and optimal performance.
- Strategically direct sales and business development to engage existing and new customers.
- In partnership with Lab Managers, coordinate with daily operations of laboratories, ensuring high quality of service.
The Ideal Candidate:
You can come from any background, what we're looking for is a business leader that can grow budgets and think commercially, leveraging the commercial and technical team around you to grow the P&L.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in business development or lab management and personnel supervision.
- Experience scaling revenue within a small to mid-sized growth-oriented company.
- Previous P&L / budget experience.
