Title: Business Analyst
Target Salary: $120K - $140K
Location: Calabasas
Hybrid 3 days onsite per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Core hours at 8:30am – 5pm
MUST LIVE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years' Business Analyst experience focusing on process enhancement.
• Proficiency in analyzing customer journeys and proposing improvements.
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder and development team communication.
• Strong grasp of architecture, data structures, and migration methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy & Planning:
o Collaborate with teams to optimize workflows and identify improvement areas.
o Analyze data for process optimization insights.
• Requirement Gathering:
o Engage stakeholders to capture detailed requirements.
Insights:
• Engagement with stakeholders is crucial.
• Familiarity with Adobe (AEM), CRM, or similar technologies is beneficial.
• Self-motivation and attention to detail are essential.
• Focus on understanding digital products initially, with long-term improvement recommendations.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments are vital.
