MEDIA COORDINATOR

THE ROLE
As a Media Coordinator at Bridge Insights & Media, you will support the Media Planning & Buying team in the execution and monitoring of advertising campaigns across various platforms. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual that also has a knack for problem solving. You will be responsible for coordinating between internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure campaigns are launched on time, within budget, and optimized for success.This is a critical role in the media process for ensuring dollars are placed and have been spent correctly.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Invoice Capturing/Filing: Accurately capture, track, and file invoices related to media buys, ensuring timely processing and reporting.
- Auditing: Assist in auditing media invoices, monitoring spend against budgets, and identifying any discrepancies.
- Specs Management: Ensure all creative materials meet platform specifications and are delivered on time to vendors.
- Media Organization: Organize and maintain media documentation, ensuring all files and reports are up-to-date and accessible.
- Contract Creation: Draft, review, and manage contracts with vendors, ensuring all legal and compliance requirements are met.
- Vendor Communication: Serve as a liaison between media vendors and internal teams, securing quotes, managing relationships, and negotiating terms when needed.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to media buys, contracts, and campaign performance. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Reporting: work closely with the Account Manager to develop wrap-up reporting for each media campaign, reporting on specific metrics determined by campaign.
- Media Support: General support of the media team as needed with planning, buying or vendor communications

- Problem Solving: You will engage in daily troubleshooting, making a solutions-driven mindset a must. Once you learn the ropes, you will have the autonomy to streamline and create new processes to drive efficiency.
- Team Support: Your commitment to a positive attitude and team support will be instrumental in our collective success, guaranteeing a cohesive work environment and exceptional client service.
- Technical Skills: Robust knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. Competence with other common business software applications. Willingness and ability to learn new software.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of media planning, digital marketing, and advertising strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills
- Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships

SALARY RANGE: $44-66k / Year
