LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Wellesley, is seeking an experienced Probate Estate Administrator to join their team.
This position offers a hybrid schedule.
Experience filing Estate tax returns for large estates is required.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with all aspects of probate and estate administration
- Preparing federal and state estate tax returns, court documents, correspondence, and filings
- Communicating with clients
- Drafting petitions and settlements of accounts
Requirements:
- 5+ years of recent Trusts & Estates including extensive probate experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Client service skills
