We are looking for a positive, driven, and detail-oriented Brand Manager of Content Strategy to join our growing team on our mission of becoming the #1 Probiotic Supplement Company in the US. This person will be our product storyteller and will be responsible for driving growth and brand awareness through content creation..
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with business goals and target audience insights and drives brand growth across various platforms, including digital, social, and traditional media
- Manage the creation and curation of engaging, high-quality content across various formats (blogs, social media, video, etc.) that resonates with our target audience
- Conduct content audits to assess current content performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with Social and Creative team to create compelling content for various platforms
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement, conversion rates, etc.) to refine strategies and achieve KPIs
- Stay updated on industry trends and competition to drive innovative content solutions
- Assist with leading content brainstorming sessions and contribute initial creative ideas for campaigns and product launches
- Product storytelling and copywriting
- Review and approve copy for email, social and ad campaigns
Requirements
- 10-15% travel required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English or related field preferred
- 5-7+ years of experience in content strategy, marketing, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen understanding of brand voice.
- Proven track record of developing successful content strategies that drive engagement and growth.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media, email, and content management systems and tools (e.g. Later, Sprout Social, Klaviyo).
- Innate curiosity and willingness to learn about scientific concepts and simplify them
- Experience with project management and design softwares (e.g. Wrike, Canva, Photoshop) is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects.
