This person will be working as an Operations Coordinator, specializing in Master data. Must be extremely proficient with excel including knowledge of Excel Power Query.
Responsibilities:
- Receive “Pre-buy” form from Sales
- Check over information to find errors
- Convert data and enter into a “Buysheet”
- Analyze which articles need to be created in SAP (ERP System) and which need to be updated
- Create Articles
- Create pricing conditions (Sell price, Retail, Etc.)
- Create purchase requisitions (a document in SAP that indicates what sales would like to buy from factories. No factory information included on this)
- Work with Sales and production teams on maintaining buysheet and purchase reqs
- Enter bulk sales orders for up front orders
Qualifications:
- Must be an Excel EXPERT and know the following functions (VLOOKUP, If then, Pivot Tables)
- Must have experience with Power Query
- VBA knowledge is a bonus
- Any programming language is a bonus
- 2 years experience in wholesale, preferably apparel
- Must be very organized
- Good communication/team skills
- SAP experience is a bonus
Annual salary $80,000-$90,000.
