Summary
The Luxury Homes Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process for high-end custom homes valued between $5 million and $20 million. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual with a proven track record of delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship in luxury residential projects.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Project Management:Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules and timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines and milestones.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, identifying and addressing potential cost overruns or savings opportunities.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit required documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and change orders.
- Quality Assurance:Establish and maintain high standards for quality workmanship and materials throughout the construction process.
- Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and company standards.
- Address any quality defects or non-conformances promptly and effectively.
- Safety Management:Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and procedures on all job sites.
- Conduct regular safety training and toolbox talks with project team members.
- Investigate and report all safety incidents, taking corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Team Leadership:Supervise and manage a team of construction professionals, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled tradespeople.
- Motivate and empower team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to develop the skills and capabilities of team members.
- Client Relations:Maintain open and effective communication with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing their concerns or requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Financial Management:Manage project budgets and costs, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury residential construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing high-end projects.
