Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage logistics operations for the North American market, ensuring efficient transportation, storage, and distribution of materials while optimizing costs and delivery times.
- Manage the export of materials for the North American market, ensuring secure delivery, improved efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the U.S. supply chain team to ensure seamless integration of operations across procurement, logistics, and operations.
- Work closely with suppliers and logistics partners to optimize the transportation, storage, and distribution of food ingredients and agricultural products, with a focus on temperature-controlled and perishable goods.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. food safety regulations and international trade requirements, maintaining high product quality standards and on-time deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Significant experience in logistics and supply chain management, particularly in the food and agricultural industries.
- Hands-on experience in various aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, international logistics, customs compliance, and project management.
- Proven expertise in food logistics, including handling and transporting perishable goods in temperature-controlled environments.
- Knowledge of U.S. food safety regulations, international export processes, and trade compliance.
- Bilingual proficiency in both Mandarin and English is preferred.
- A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Location:
This position is based in the United States. Occasional travel may be required.
