Job Description:
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing an existing book of business in either Commercial or Personal Lines. This role requires someone who can provide excellent customer service, respond to client inquiries, and handle policy renewals, endorsements, and claims assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an existing book of business, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
- Handle renewals, endorsements, and claims processes efficiently
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide expert advice on coverage, risk management, and policy options
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with underwriters and carriers to ensure smooth policy administration
Requirements:
- Active 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license
- Experience in Commercial Lines or Personal Lines
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in insurance management software and MS Office
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday
